Shakshouk
The Shakshuk sewage treatment plant is located in the Ibshway center of Fayoum governorate, and the expansions of the Shakshuk plant are being built on an area of 50 thousand acres and 400 cubic meters, at a cost of 100 million pounds, to achieve a productivity of up to 15000 m3/day.
The Plant serves approximately 30 thousand people, including the residents of the village and its subsidiaries. the sewage treatment plant “Shakshuk” includes tanks for primary sedimentation, another for final sedimentation, Aeration Tanks, another for chlorine contact, sludge drying beds, sedimentation collection houses, concrete slabs, fences, mechanical and electrical works, as well as strengthening and developing the already existing facilities of the Plant.
