The flow control series EG-2 sluice gate is a highly versatile flow control gate with various types of mounting pro-cedures. Adaptable to different applications, The EG-2 gate can be designed to withstand seating & unseating heads up to (8.0m) The seal design can be redesigned to allow a greater depth. While the default design keeps the allowable leakage rate within 1.3 lit /min/meter of sealing perimeter for both seating and unseating applications;
which is less than the specified by AWWA standard.
